We kick off with a 30-minute phone consult to ensure a perfect match for you and your pup, followed by an orientation in session with just you, dogs stay home, where we’ll build rapport and start essential skills, then we meet six more weeks with your dog. Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy for all services but for puppy socials. (puppy social booking is final, no refund available) Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund After 24 hours of booking and before 72 hours of the start date of class: Full refund and 10% surcharge of the total amount of the service. 72 hours or less before the start date of the service: no refund There are no make up classes.
