This ongoing nose work class is held at 576 E Santa Clara Street in San Jose In this ongoing class we will add glove and anise to our scent kit and we will practice getting ready for the ORT (odor recognition test) .This is a six week class ($275) you can jump right in, so when you go to book it, please pick your start day and come every week on that day for six weeks Pre requisites: Beginner Nosework class (your dog should be able to find hides (birch, clove or anise or all the above. Please contact us and tell us a bit about your nose work journey, so we can see what class would be a good fit. Nose work is a great way to give your dog mental stimulation and will help fulfill their biological needs. It is a great confidence building class for both your dog and you. It is fun to do on rainy days and or hot days or when you do not have time to exercise your high energy dog, just 15 min of having your dogs find hides does the trick for both my agility dogs. This class is for dogs four months and older, all dogs have had all their up to date shots, all dogs need to be dog and people friendly (ask me about great online nose work classes to do). Dogs need to be wearing a flat collar and or a harness and you would need a leash that is at least 10ft long. Hope to see you soon!
